"Fetch quest"

Films: Rottweiler (2004)

Alias: None

Type: Man-Made

Location: Civilized Area/Forest

Height/Weight: Twice that of an average rottweiler.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: We've seen what happens when dogs are turned into the ultimate killing machines on purpose. Most of the time, the consequences are dire. But that's the scary part about this dog. For the most part, it's doing exactly what it was programmed to do. Namely, enforce false law.

History: Dante is under arrest for border crossing, and his treatment is the most disproportionate thing. Even worse, the cruel warden sicked a rottweiler on his girlfriend, causing him to beat the dog to near-death with a pipe. But the warden retrofitted the rottweiler with cybertechnology, and made a cyborg out of it. Now, an escaped Dante runs scared from the robo-dog as it carves a path of murder and violence in the pursuit of the fugitive.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After getting caught in a helicopter explosion, the rottweiler reveals its skeletal true metal form, and both it and Dante perish in the flames.

Powers/Abilities: Enhanced strength and senses.

Weakness: Heavy artillery and apparently fire.

Scariness Factor: 4-For the most part, this dog is an absolute menace. It doesn't help that dogs can be just as aggressive in real life, but at least their teeth aren't made of metal! Sadly, this creature's intimidation ability is sullied by a bad CGI final form, even if it too is somewhat creepy.

Trivia: -Rottweilers got there name from the German phrase, "Rottweiler Metzgerhund", or Rottweil butcher's dogs. This is because they use to pull carts carrying lots of meat before railways were invented. They are typically docile, fun, and intelligent dogs with a great maternal instinct, and are only ever aggressive if previously abused and neglected.

-The word 'puta' is thrown around rather generously in this film. It means 'whore' in Spanish. On a brighter note, the little girl's name, Esperanza, means 'hope'.

Sleeping and fetching? Not even it knows of such values...

Garfield's trip to the alleyway is going to be fatal.
Maramduke, I knew those gains were artificial!

Just to show he's not messing around.

Lawsuit bait or not, you're all doomed.
That dead guy never got the memo.

"Wait, what do I have on my face?"
Well...it's not inaccurate.
